We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker to lead and oversee our Calgary expansion plan. This role is responsible for regulatory compliance, agent supervision, brokerage growth, and overall operations within the Calgary market.

The Broker will ensure full compliance with provincial regulations, support and mentor agents, manage risk, and drive business development. This is a leadership role focused on building a high-performance, client-centered brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with RECA regulations and brokerage policies

• Supervise and support licensed associates

• Review and approve trade files and transactions

• Recruit and onboard new agents

• Provide mentorship and performance guidance

• Oversee risk management and professional standards

• Support business development and market expansion in Calgary

• Maintain strong client service and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed Real Estate Broker in Alberta

• Strong knowledge of RECA regulations
